Sacramento CSP!

Jeanette's staffing career started over 15 years ago when a friend suggested that she interview at her company. At the time Jeanette was a District Controller for a restaurant. Working as a senior manager for a large staffing company she learned about the fun and exciting world that staffing has to offer. Her current position is the Manager of Staffing Partnerships with Mainstay Business Solutions in Folsom, California. She oversees customer service, sales, training, safety and loss prevention for more than 40 staffing partnerships with over 15,000 worksite employees in California. Jeanette is a trusted advisor on staffing matters both with her clients and with her co-workers. She excels at innovative problem solving and building long-term client relationships.

Her devotion to staffing is evident in her ongoing networking and research to address and resolve issues in the industry. In 2007 she was asked to help get the CSP Sacramento Chapter up and running and became its President. Jeanette is currently a State Director for California Staffing Professionals and serves as the President of the Sacramento Chapter for the second year. She is also an active member of American Staffing Association (ASA). In 2008 she won the "California Staffing Professional of the Year" award for her dedication to the CSP organization. The networking and relationships that she has formed through this role have helped in growing her career and her company.

She is a dedicated mother of two teen-age children, a boy and girl and she could also be considered an outdoor adventurer and a wine enthusiast.
