Guest Speaker: Shane O’Donnell
In the tough economy, effective sourcing and tools that provide a strong return on investment are necessary to grow your business. By reviewing and analyzing the tactics of clients in the staffing industry and other business leaders, this session will identify tools and resources that have proved effective for locating talent. With an emphasis on proactive recruiting tactics, recruiters will walk away with practices that they can implement immediately to quickly identify and engage with quality candidates to keep a full talent pipeline.
Shane O’Donnell is a Senior Regional Sales Manager in CareerBuilder’s Recruiter Business Unit. He leads a team of seven Major Account Executives in providing effective recruiting solutions to mid-to-large size staffing and recruiting firms throughout the Western United States. O’Donnell joined CareerBuilder in 2006 after his seven years as Director of Sales at a regional staffing firm headquartered in Florida. Shane is a graduate of Mississippi State University.
